We believe that helping individuals and communities in a long-term way is more self-sustainable and more beneficial to everyone involved.

We believe that if we do for those in need what they have the capacity to do for themselves, we are disempowering them.

We believe that creating a relationship and true partnership is the most important thing.

We believe in empowering people and asking powerful questions to stimulate creative thinking.

We believe in building authentic, open, and honest relationships built on mindset of mutual admiration and respect and not a we-will-rescue-you mindset.

We believe in giving people knowledge, training and opportunities instead of giving money.

We believe in restoring dignity, hope and independence instead of supporting a culture of expectancy, greed and dependence.*

We want to partner with individuals, who use what they are being given, to give back to their communities. Communities, generations and lives will not be changed if knowledge is not continually exchanged and action does not take place.”

LONG-TERM VISION

Our Exit Plan

We are dedicated to working closely with the individuals and the communities where we offer meaningful support to autonomous partnerships to create sustainable gains in the dreams and visions that they have to further themselves and their communities.

This model increases the chances for long-term self-sustainability both personally and financially. As they are trained, they take ownership for their ministries and communities and train others to achieve widespread systematic improvement.

Long-term health for partners and communities means that we prepare, coach and launch them into self-sustainability.”
