10 month Training Institute
What is Gospel Seed Institute?
Do you want to make much of Jesus in your life, your home and in your village? This higher education institute is a 10 month intensive training that will give you additional tools necessary to become a more intimate worshiper of Jesus, an understanding of the Word of God, clarity in your role in the Kingdom, and a disciple making disciple of Jesus. This biblical training will prepare you to lead in your home, church, village and around the world.
What can you expect?
Personal Growth-Conform deeper into the image of Jesus as we will teach you how to abide in Jesus, purse holiness, and killing sin in your life
Training—Learn to see who Jesus is as you become an accurate handler of the Word of God. Become a better leader as we teach you how to lead God’s people and plant a church
Relationship – Your instructors and fellow resident will become a covenant family, who will speak life into you, confront you with the gospel and with whom you can confide in
Coaching—Our relationships will not end with the conclusion of the residency and when you are sent out. We are here to help you accomplish all of the dreams God has given you

3 Parts of each phase
Classroom/lecture (Co-hort)- You will be engaging in a diverse range of classes that will make you a well rounded person and leader.
Reflection (Co-op learning)—Life change happens best when a community has a time of reflection, cooperative learning and accountability. After each lecture session, you will have the opportunity to reflect on what you have just learned. After each day you will have the chance to hear what God has told your fellow residents that day.
Apprenticeship (Experiential Learning)—Learning is best done alongside those who are teaching you. Every month, you will be taught and expected to be doing what you are taught during our time away from each other.
Immersion (coaching)—You will be given a chance to immerse yourself in the area and with the people God is calling you to. During this time, you will be provided with shepherding, advising and feedback.
3 Phases
Phase 1—Training (10 months)—(the last Saturday of every month) Become trained, hear from God, and create relationships
Phase 2—Shepherding (6 months)—Hear from God, continue to build relationships, begin to enter into those spaces, start thinking of a plan
Phase 3—Advising (3 months)—Hear from God, prepare to fully enter into those spaces, enter those spaces.
